All items purchased online only can be returned within 14 days for an exchange or a full refund if the original tags are still attached and the item has not been worn.  All in-store sales are final and nonrefundable unless otherwise agreed upon at a the time of purchase.  If you have special circumstances, please talk to your sales person at the time of purchase.  25% restocking fee for any abandoned layaways.

Returning an Item

To return an item for exchange or refund, please call to ensure your item is still returnable. Once approved, Please mail the piece back to us at 1700 Post Oak BLVD, Suite 2-140, Houston, TX 77056. BE SURE THAT YOU INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT, YOUR NAME AND PHONE NUMBER INSIDE THE BOX so that we know which account the piece belongs to.
